2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Without doubt we are living in a day where things are so disruptive, distorted and unstable, until standing in place is a challenge when it comes to Godly values, ethics or principles. We are living in a day where the truth has been so distorted by lies that it is hard to tell the difference unless you are spiritually grounded in what you know to be righteous and pure. 

We must, as born-again believers, keep our focus in moving toward perfection in what we do know that is right. Paul wrote in: 2 Timothy 2:1-3 Thou, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.                                                                                                               In other words, you will have to remain strong in spite of the times you are living in, and don't stop teaching what you know to be the truth to others that you may come in contact with who is able to do even as you are doing. It is not going to be easy, but it is important to continue to do, no matter who tries to pollute, distort, or threaten to harm you.  

God is calling for men and women who will not bow down to the king's meat. People who will remain steadfast to the faith and are not double minded. These are the times where some will be convinced in all the chatter of lies and deception, but we that are spiritual are in place to keep hope, faith and the love of God alive by doing what is morally, ethnically and righteous in the sight of God. By standing up and being counted as one of Gods children who will not be pulled down into the wickedness and darkness of the times.

We really do have to be steadfast, unmovable and always abounding in the work of the Lord always remembering that all that we do counts and is making a difference.
